- Optimized payroll processing, reducing computation time from 2 hours to approximately 30 minutes and shortening the overall payroll cycle by 1 day.

- Revamped the warehouse inventory system, improving inventory accuracy from 70% to 99% by supporting variable package quantities and strengthening inventory controls.
- Led development of the company’s e-wallet system as a digital alternative to gift cheques, reducing paper costs and improving transaction tracking and auditability.
- Launched the company’s WordPress-based e-commerce platform in 1 week, generating approximately 200 orders per day and expanding the company’s digital sales channel.
